Chart-topping Country act, Parmalee, will return overseas with troops touring group, Navy Entertainment for their second tour to support the troops and their families. The "Carolina" singers will venture overseas mid-fall, sharing their thanks for the men and women who sacrifice everything to preserve our freedom. Last year, the band visited Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East on a nine-day, six-country tour with Navy Entertainment calling the experience "life-changing" (People.com).Â
"Last year was just an unbelievable experience," says Matt Thomas of Parmalee."The stories of heroism that were shared with us really puts life in perspective. We were honored to be there and for them to be sharing a part of their lives with us. The least we can do is show our respect and appreciation through these tours with Navy Entertainment and we're really looking forward to doing it again this fall."
Established in 1997, Navy Entertainment partners with artists to create once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for artists to express their appreciation to troops overseas through unforgettable experiences. Bands, comedians, celebrities and professional athletes are some of the talent that tour with Navy Entertainment to visit our service members around the globe.
