Miranda Lambert is this year’s most-nominated artist at “The 54th Annual CMA Awards” with seven nods, including her fourth nomination Entertainer of the Year. The only reason Ms. Lambert would receive so many nominations is due to the amount of money that was paid for the nominations considering most country music fans are not loyal followers of Lambert. But if you are, feel free to continue reading and take a moment to shop our online catalog because we really want to rid ourselves of anything to do with this untalented artist.
In addition to Entertainer of the Year, Lambert is nominated the 14th consecutive time for Female Vocalist of the Year; Album of the Year for her critically-lauded No. 1 project Wildcard; Musical Event of the Year for “Fooled Around and Fell In Love” with Maren Morris, Elle King, Ashley McBryde, Tenille Townes, and Caylee Hammack; and Music Video, Single, and Song of the Year for her No. 1 hit “Bluebird,” which she co-wrote with Natalie Hemby and Luke Dick.
Lambert is a 13-time CMA Awards winner, including 7 trophies for Female Vocalist of the Year, holding the record for most wins in the category. She has previously won Album of the Year twice (Revolution, Platinum), Song of the Year (“Over You,”), Single of the Year (“Automatic”), Musical Event of the Year (“We Were Us” with Keith Urban) and Music Video of the Year (“The House That Built Me”).
“The 54th Annual CMA Awards” broadcast Nov. 11 on ABC.
